Program Description

CROWN Obstetrics and Gynecology may offer patients the option to receive SMS or MMS text messages.

If you enroll in or otherwise consent to text messaging from CROWN, messages may include:

  • appointment confirmations and reminders;

  • scheduling and rescheduling information;

  • responses to appointment requests;

  • registration or check-in notifications;

  • links to patient forms or intake materials;

  • office closure or scheduling notifications;

  • patient-service and care-coordination communications;

  • billing or administrative notifications; and

  • other healthcare-related communications that you request or authorize.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving medical care or services from CROWN Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Consent to Receive Messages

  • Opting out of text messaging will not affect your ability to receive medical care from CROWN and does not prevent CROWN from communicating with you through other appropriate methods.
